Why are price quotes custom and not based on standard pricing?
Our price quotes are custom because we believe that you should only be charged for what you want. Custom pricing allows us to create a price that reflects only the services and add-ons you need for your event.
Do I have to sign a contract to book an event?
No, we do not require you to sign any contracts to book an event with us. When paying a down payment, you will be given a receipt which guarantees that your event date will be secured. When paying an invoice, you will receive a receipt which will show a proof a payment.
Is there any payment due before my event?
Yes, we require a $100 down payment for all events. This amount is credited towards the final amount invoiced to you. A down payment ensures that the date of your event is secured!
What forms of payment can I use to pay a down payment or invoice?
We accept check, cash, and all major credit cards as a valid form of payment. A receipt will be provided to you showing a proof of payment.
What area do you provide DJ and Lighting services to?
Turning Point Entertainment is located in Strongsville, Ohio. We provide our services to Northeast Ohio and surrounding areas. If you have a question about weather we service your location please Contact Us.
How soon should I book my event prior?
For Weddings we advise that you book your event at least a year in advance to secure your events date. For other events we advise that you book your event at least 3 – 6 months in advance.
Where do you get your music from?
All of our music comes from the same database used by major radio stations and other professionals in the industry. Our music is licensed and approved for playback to a large audience. We are also able to provide clean versions of songs for younger audiences.
What if I want to hear specific songs at my event?
We strive to provide you an excellent experience at your upcoming event. Whether you want to hear a few specific songs or have a playlist for the entire event, we can easily accommodate your needs. Specific song requests must be provided to us at least one week prior to your event!
